Where our stock comes from
Wholesale Liquidation Pallet Warehouse buys closed lots from licensed liquidation channels in the United States. Those lots reach us in four ways:
- Customer returns — merchandise sent back to a major retailer, consolidated and sold on by the pallet rather than restocked.
- Overstock and shelf pulls — unsold seasonal or discontinued inventory cleared to free up warehouse and shelf space.
- Closeouts — end-of-line and packaging-change stock sold off by brands and distributors.
- Store closures and insurance lots — whole-inventory purchases from retailers winding down a location.
We buy from licensed liquidators, retailer-authorised remarketing partners and asset recovery firms. We do not buy from unverified private sellers, overseas grey-market brokers or online marketplaces.
Why reselling it is lawful
Under the first sale doctrine in United States law, once a trademark owner has sold a genuine item, that item may be resold by its new owner without the brand's permission. The same principle applies in the European Union and the United Kingdom as exhaustion of rights.
We describe what is in a pallet by naming the brands inside it. That is nominative fair use: stating accurately what you are buying. It is not a claim of partnership, authorisation or endorsement, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
We do not use any brand's logo as our own branding, in our own logo, in advertising creative, or anywhere that could suggest a relationship that does not exist.
Zero-counterfeit policy
We do not knowingly buy, hold or sell counterfeit, replica or trademark-infringing goods. Any lot we have reason to doubt is pulled from sale and is not relisted.
If a counterfeit item is found in a pallet you have bought from us, contact support@wholesaleliquidationpalletwarehouse.com within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will refund that item's pro-rata value or the full pallet, at your choice, and we will trace and withdraw the rest of the lot.
If you are a rights holder and believe an item on this site infringes your marks, please use the route on our Trademarks & intellectual property page. We action credible notices quickly and directly.
Condition, grading and manifests
Liquidation stock is not new retail stock, and we never present it as such. Unless a listing says otherwise, assume a pallet is a mixed lot containing a combination of unopened, opened, used, shelf-worn and damaged items.
Where a manifest exists we supply it. A manifest is an estimate prepared upstream of us — it describes what the lot was recorded as containing, not a count we have verified piece by piece. Quantities, models and conditions can vary.
Items sold as customer returns are untested unless explicitly described as tested. Retail prices shown for comparison are the original recommended retail value of the goods when new, not a valuation of the pallet.
Inspect before you buy
You are welcome to inspect any pallet in person at 4549 S Westmoreland Rd, Dallas, TX 75237 during opening hours before committing. Wholesale buyers who inspect first have fewer disputes, and we would rather you saw the stock.
