Wholesale Liquidation Pallet Warehouse is an independent wholesale liquidator. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any of the brands whose products appear in the lots we sell. Use of a brand name on this site is solely to identify the goods contained in a pallet.
No brand mark is used in our logo, our site branding, our domain name or our advertising creative.
How we use brand names
We use brand names descriptively and accurately — to tell a buyer what a pallet contains. This is permitted as nominative fair use where, as here, the product cannot readily be identified without naming it, no more of the mark is used than necessary, and nothing suggests sponsorship or endorsement.
We do not alter, rebrand, relabel or repackage goods. We do not describe liquidation stock as new retail stock. We do not use brand names in a way designed to capture searches for a brand's own store.
Reporting an intellectual property concern
If you are a brand owner, or authorised to act for one, and you believe material on this site infringes your rights, contact us directly before escalating. We would far rather fix it than argue about it.

Please include: your name and the rights holder you act for; the specific URL or SKU concerned; the mark or work you believe is infringed and proof of ownership; what you would like removed or changed; and a statement that you hold a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
What we do with a notice
We acknowledge credible notices within two business days and act on them within five. While a notice is being reviewed, the listing concerned is taken offline.
If a notice concerns a photograph we are not licensed to use, we remove the image immediately — we do not wait for the review.
If you believe your listing was removed in error, reply to the same address with your reasoning and we will reinstate it where we agree.
Our own material
Site copy, layout, product photography shot by us, and the Wholesale Liquidation Pallet Warehouse name and logo are our property. Please do not scrape, copy or republish them. Competitors asking for permission to reference us normally get it.
