We sell to businesses and trade buyers. Goods are supplied for resale or commercial use, not as consumer retail purchases, and consumer distance-selling cancellation rights do not apply.
The minimum order value is $350. Orders below that threshold cannot be processed.
Orders, pricing and quotes
Submitting an order through this website is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. No payment is taken online. A member of our team confirms stock availability, quotes exact freight to your address, and sends payment instructions. A contract forms only when we confirm the order in writing.
Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of freight and of any sales tax that applies. Stock moves quickly: if a pallet sells before we confirm your order, we will offer an equivalent lot or cancel the line at no cost to you.
Prices shown as retail or recommended retail value are the original value of the goods when new. They are provided for comparison only and are not a representation of resale value or of the sum you will recover.
Condition of goods
Unless a listing states otherwise, all goods are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults, and without any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liquidation lots routinely contain items that are opened, used, incomplete, shelf-worn or damaged. Manifests are estimates prepared upstream and are not guaranteed to be exact. Returned goods are untested unless described as tested.
You are strongly encouraged to inspect before buying. Inspection is available at 4549 S Westmoreland Rd, Dallas, TX 75237 during opening hours.
Payment
We accept bank transfer, card, and the other methods listed at checkout. Payment instructions are issued after we confirm your order.
Goods are released once cleared funds are received. Title in the goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on collection or on delivery to the carrier, whichever happens first.
Delivery and collection
Freight is quoted per order against your delivery address. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays.
Collection from 4549 S Westmoreland Rd, Dallas, TX 75237 is available during opening hours by prior arrangement. Pallets not collected within 14 days of payment may incur storage charges.
You are responsible for having suitable access and equipment to receive a palletised delivery.
Your obligations on resale
You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to your own resale, including product safety, labelling, electrical and age-restriction rules in your market.
You must not describe goods bought from us as new retail stock, as supplied by or endorsed by any brand, or as carrying a manufacturer's warranty, unless that is genuinely the case.
Items marked as not for resale, samples, or testers must not be sold on as retail goods.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for lost profit, lost resale value, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of Dallas County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
