What we collect
- Contact and order details you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order contents and any notes you add.
- Enquiry details: anything you send through the contact form, the discount form or the live chat.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected automatically by our hosting provider as part of serving the site securely.
We do not collect or store card numbers or bank credentials on this website. No payment is taken online.
Why we use it
To quote freight, confirm stock, take and fulfil your order, arrange delivery or collection, handle claims, and answer your questions. To keep records required for tax and accounting. To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the site.
If you ask us for the new-customer discount, we use your email and phone to send it and to follow up about your enquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing support@wholesaleliquidationpalletwarehouse.com.
Who we share it with
- Freight carriers and hauliers, to deliver your order.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores our order records.
- Resend, which delivers our transactional email.
- Tawk.to, which provides the live chat widget.
- Our accountants, and law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to disclose.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies and local storage
Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. It is not a tracking cookie and is not sent to us until you submit an order.
Our live chat provider sets its own cookies to maintain a conversation across pages. Our host sets a security cookie to filter malicious traffic. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, which is the period applicable tax law requires. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after two years. Live chat transcripts are retained by our chat provider under its own policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email support@wholesaleliquidationpalletwarehouse.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in Texas or another US state with a consumer privacy statute, you additionally have the right to confirm whether we process your data, to obtain a copy, and to appeal a refusal. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
Our lawful basis for processing order data is performance of a contract; for enquiry follow-up it is legitimate interest; for anything else it is your consent.
