What is not returnable
Because stock is sold as-is and at liquidation pricing, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, for a pallet selling through more slowly than hoped, or because the mix of items inside differs from a manifest estimate within normal tolerance.
Opened, broken down, sorted or part-resold pallets cannot be returned.
What we do cover
- Damage in transit — a pallet that arrives physically damaged.
- Shortage — fewer pallets or cartons delivered than invoiced.
- Material misdescription — a lot substantially different from how it was described at the point of sale.
- Counterfeit goods — see our Authenticity & sourcing page; these are always refunded.
The claim window
Inspect your delivery on arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork before you sign — an unqualified signature makes a transit claim very hard to win.
Transit damage and shortage claims must reach us within 48 hours of delivery. Misdescription claims must reach us within 7 days. Counterfeit claims: 14 days.
Send claims to support@wholesaleliquidationpalletwarehouse.com with your order number, photographs of the pallet as delivered including the shrink wrap and the pallet label, and photographs of the damage or discrepancy.
How a claim is resolved
We acknowledge claims within one business day. Where a claim is upheld we will, at our discretion and in consultation with you, replace the goods, issue a credit against a future order, or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of agreement.
Do not dispose of damaged goods or packaging until a claim is settled — carriers routinely require inspection.
Cancellations
You may cancel an unpaid order at any time at no cost: reply to your order email or call (346) 501-0635.
Once payment has cleared and a pallet has been allocated and prepared, cancellation is at our discretion and may carry a restocking charge. Once a pallet has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
